How is electric billed?

Each site has its own meter. We read it monthly and add it to your invoice at the co-op rate.

Is there a lease?

No. Monthly stays are month to month with a deposit equal to one month's rent.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, pets are welcome. Keep them leashed and pick up after them.

Will my rig fit?

Our pads handle RVs up to 50 feet, with 20, 30 and 50 amp service.

Do you have crew rates?

Yes. Call us to hold 5 or more sites together on one company invoice.

How do I reserve?

Can I just text you?
