Who we are
Camppointe RV Park, 21847 FM 901, Gordonville, TX 76245, is owned and operated by Covered Wagons RV Resort LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers camppointe.com and the information we collect when you contact us, book, or stay with us.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Your name, phone number, email, and details you send through our crew request form, texts, calls, or email, such as company name, crew size, dates, and RV length.
- Reservation details you enter when booking through Firefly Reservations. Payment card details go to Firefly and its payment processors; we don't store full card numbers.
- Information in your monthly site agreement, such as your RV, vehicle, and emergency contact.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server logs from our web host, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
- If we use Google Analytics or Google Ads, cookies and similar tools that tell us how visitors find and use the site, such as which button was tapped.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, hold sites, confirm and manage reservations, and bill for stays and electric.
- To send messages about your inquiry, reservation, or stay.
- To keep the park and the website safe and working.
- To understand which ads and pages bring guests, so we can improve them.
We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry, reservation, or stay. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
When we share information
- Service providers who help us run the business: our reservation system (Firefly Reservations), web host, email, phone and text messaging providers, and analytics and advertising tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the safety of guests, staff, or the park.
- Business transfer: if the park is sold, guest records may transfer to the new owner.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for reservations, billing, tax, and legal purposes, then delete it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to stop texts.
- Email info@camppointe.com to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We may keep what the law requires.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure.
